- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or

exchange.

- By NJ law, if no policy is posted, customers may return items within 20 days. Our 14-day policy

applies since it is clearly posted.

2. Conditions

- Products must be in original condition and packaging.

- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

- Clearance and promotional items are final sale.

3. Online Orders

- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days (with photos) for a

replacement or refund.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (credit card, cash, or store credit).
